I've had asthma my whole life (67 Years) and epinephrine was in the doctor prescribed inhaler I was using. When Primatene Mist came out in the early 60's, it had the same labeling info as what I was using, BUT at only 1/3 of the cost. I started using it and have continue for all these years with no side effects. I've been able to live my life my way. Why should I have to go back to expensive doctor prescribed medications that don't work as effectively as Primatene Mist? I've been thru the Oklahoma Allergy Clinic and 4 years of immune shots as a child, did the nebulizer bit and the inhaler." Read about why Primatene Mist was removed from the drug store shelves.

Oh please!! This is just another ploy by big drug business. Spray cans? Well, maybe they might be enough to deplete the ozone, but script inhalers and otc? This is political BS.
Primatene mist was too cheap! It did work for many people at a a greatly reduced cost. Now pay 50-75 dollars for a product that can do the same thing. It pays to have a rich pharmaceutical lobby in DC.
I thought this was taken off the market because of really adverse side affects. You can ask the FDA about it.
