This step-by-step email course, written by an ex-smoker (your Lung Diseases Guide), provides specific instructions and information for people who want to quit smoking. Each day, for 7 days, you will receive information about how to quit smoking. Each lesson includes a smoking cessation "tool" that will help you to become a non-smoker. Lesson 3: Step 2 - Purge the Urge

In Step 2, you will learn about why people fail at quitting smoking and what you must do in order to be successful at quitting smoking.

 

Lesson 4: Step 3 - Declare to Make Aware

In Step 3, you will learn why it is important to announce your decision to quit smoking. Fun ways to make the announcement are also included.

 

Lesson 5: Step 4 - Don't Succumb, Chew Gum

In Step 4, you will learn how to overcome the urge to smoke by using replacement "aids". Find out how to quit without gaining weight.

 

Lesson 6: Step 5 - Crave to Save

In Step 5, you will learn how to create a positive reward system for your dedication to quit smoking.
