In Step 3, you will learn why it is important to announce your decision to quit
smoking. Fun ways to make the announcement are also included.
Lesson 5: Step 4 - Don't Succumb, Chew Gum
In Step 4, you will learn how to overcome the urge to smoke by using replacement
"aids". Find out how to quit without gaining weight.
Lesson 6: Step 5 - Crave to Save
In Step 5, you will learn how to create a positive reward system for your
dedication to quit smoking.
